Staff
The Colorado Instructional League (CIL) began in the 1990’s as a scout team playing junior college level programs. In the early 2000’s CIL evolved into an early Rockies scout team and then backed by the Seattle Mariners. CIL works to provide coaches with experience from the big leagues, minor, and college levels for elite level baseball instruction. It has also become a mentor program for young coaches to gain skills, experience, and exposure for future baseball coaching endeavors.
Staff have participated in many CIL activities including Pro-Showcase, Breakfast of Champions, and Fundraising Camps.
